Click on the above green link, for the CPE online application.
Once you begin to fill out the Application, there will be a drop down menu where you indicate your CPE affiliate. Choose Spiritual Care Chaplains Network as the affiliate, and continue filling out the application.
The application is involved and you can scroll down to the bottom, save it, and go back to it later to continue to work your way through it.
Make sure you have filled out your email address in the application so you can return to the page.
