Statement of Faith
- We believe in the Holy Scriptures commonly called the Bible which teaches us that there are two great commandments which, if followed, will fulfill the entire Law of God. Matthew 22:36-40
- Love the Lord God with all of your heart, mind, soul, and strength.
- Love your neighbor as yourself
- We believe that man is made in the image of God and is a special creation formed from the dust of the ground and that God breathed the breath of life into him and man became a living soul.
- Within God’s creation of man there is only one race of people regardless of our appearance, amount of melanin, or color of our skin, our culture, or what part of the world we are from. We are all of one blood. (Acts 17:26)
- We believe the Bible is the revealed Word of God made up of the Old Testament and the New Testament. The old testament is for our learning to bring us to the knowledge of the truth revealed in the New Testament which is our guide for life and is the revelation of God’s plan for man’s reconciliation with God.
- We believe in one God who is revealed to us as a trinity, God in three persons of one substance. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
